Baby Xiao Ting is suffering from severe congenital heart and lung defects, with multiple tubes attached to his fragile body. Even his tiny nose and mouth are fitted with medical tubes, causing immense pain and discomfort. Surgery is his only chance of survival, but the operation costs RM90,000.

His conditions include severe pulmonary artery stenosis, pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum, double-chambered right ventricle, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), and atrial septal defect (ASD).

His father works as an electrical technician with a very limited and unstable income. Even in his best month, he earns only around RM1,500 — barely enough to support the family, let alone afford the life-saving surgery their child urgently needs.
